The Replogle Resonator Biscuit Bridges are crafted from hand-selected, quarter-sawn hardwood to ensure optimal sound transference and tonal integrity. The maple biscuits are stained brown, highlighting the tight maple grain, and provide the classic vintage dobro and national tone, projection, and sustain.

The biscuit plays a crucial role in the overall performance of the resonator. While luthiers and manufacturers may upgrade other components, such as the resonator cones, they often install a soft piece of wood on the bridge and/or sadde, typically made from available scrap. This inferior wood can negatively impact the reso's tone and projection.
