Replogle Reso REP-S14N Contemporary Resonator Spider Bridge #14

Replogle #14 spider bridges are highly refined cast aluminum spiders in the 1928 design and tradition. After individual hand-casting in the "Old School" way, the spiders are then hand arched– each leg of the spider is hand-adjusted and then hand-leveled so the resonator guitar will sound its best- this hand detailing helps optimize contact on the guitar's resonator cone, to bring out the best tone and volume. The Modern-alloy spider contains small additional amounts of chromium, nickel and titanium to increase the strength of the alloy for slightly more rigidity. This gives the bridge more ring and projection, ideal for players seeking a modern brighter tone. Standard Dimensions fit original Dobro, Regal and most other brands. Hand-cast in the USA using Contemporary aluminum alloy for modern tone, with a Diameter of 9.25" and a Saddle slot of 1/8". The center hole is drilled for a resonator tension screw (not included), and the spiders are hand-arched and hand-leveled.
